- Tsur, Yaacov
- (1937- )Born, in Haifa, he graduated from Hebrew University of Jerusalem and was a member of Kibbutz Netiv Ha-lamed Heh. He served as secretary general of the Hakibbutz Hameuhad Movement. He was a Labor-Alignment member of the Knesset since 1981. He served as minister of immigrant (see ALIYA) absorption until 1988, became minister of health in the government established in December 1988, and remained in that position until the spring of 1990, when Labor left the government.
